Milo Borissov is a Bulgarian businessman, inventor, engineer and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the PALMS WORLD brand (palmsworld.global), and shareholder and managing partner in a holding group of international companies. He is also an inventor with patents and trademarks from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Bulgarian Patent Office. Milo Borissov is also one of the founders of the “Sport in Bulgaria” Foundation, through which he supports the development of professional sports in Bulgaria.
In recent years, his business activities have included a diversified portfolio of investments in real estate, office buildings, hospitality, leisure and tourism. In the technology sector, he has investments in companies engaged in digital advertising, games and media, digital platforms and software solutions, as well as the production of industrial electronics. He is also an investor in the leisure and entertainment industry, being a majority shareholder in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD , a company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Milo Borissov actively participated in the support of professional sports in Bulgaria by sponsoring the Bulgarian gold medallists in rhythmic gymnastics from the Olympics in Tokyo 2020, the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation.
He was a sponsor and partner of LA LIGA in Bulgaria where organised La LIGA conference and workshops in Sofia in 2023 and 2024.
Milо Borissov is also a general sponsor and member of the supervisory board of “Levski” professional football club, with history of over 111 years since his foundation in 1914. Levski became the winner of BULGARIAN FOOTBALL CUP in 2022, and later played in UEFA CONFERENCE LEAGUE 2023 and UEFA Europe League 2025.
Milo Borissov also supported Bulgarian Football union for their 100 years anniversary.
Being a pianist from an early age, Milo Borisov supports the Bulgarian cultural heritage by appearing as a patron and producer of prominent Bulgarian musicians and composers. Palms Music is the label through which he produced the ballet “The Dream of Pilate” based on Bulgakov’s novel “The Master and Margarita” and music by the famous composer Stefan Dimitrov.
He is also a producer of the pianist virtuoso Ivan Yanakov for his latest production, Concerto No. 3 of Rachmaninoff for piano and orchestra, recorded in June 2024 in London with the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
In recent years, Milo Borissov has been actively promoting Bulgarian business and culture in the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He is the initiator and one of the founders of the Bulgarian Business Council at Dubai Chambers. One of the latest events aimed to bridge the cultures of Eastern Europe and the Middle East was the fashion show of the popular Lebanese designer Walid Atallah and his studio based in Dubai, which took place in Sofia by the invitation and sponosrhip of Palms World.
Milo Borissov was born in the small city of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, where he spent his early years and later moved with his family to the capital Sofia. He graduated from the Technical school in electronics with honours and a gold badge. Later he served in the army and studied Computer science and graduated in 1989.
He started his career as an entrepreneur and established his first company, TELEMATIC, working in computer networks, development of software platforms and computer games. Later he founded CT Gaming AD in Bulgaria, which became one of the leading manufacturers of gaming equipment in Eastern Europe. The company later expanded its operations with branches in Central Europe, Mexico and Latin America.
After 2015, moved his interest to the rapidly developing online gaming industry, which he later spun off into the company CT Interactive Ltd, which became a leading platform and content provider in multiple markets in Europe and Latin America, serving as of today more than 50 regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
